Been thinking about making this lot for ages and was inspired by Lethe_s and Tiggerypum and their outstanding work on elven *bits* for the game =)
Ca'ial Brael is a family home bounded by river and waterfall and great forest. Elves, being magical, have built stairways both beautiful and magical - allowing great access to this multilevel lot ;) At ground level are the kitchen and dining areas, as well as a spa outdoors next to the waterfall. Ascending the magnificent trees to the top you will find a loungeroom with music area, a double bedroom with ample room for a nursery and another large bedroom housing two single beds and study area for children. The next level down are many smaller rooms - one is a study with pc etc, one is an art room with easel, one is a bathroom/toilet for the children's room, one is a music room with keyboard and the last two are a separate bathroom and toilet for the main bedroom
.
Decorated in a distinctly elven style yet with all the mod cons and beautiful surroundings, this lot would soothe even the most agitated elven princess.
:UPDATE30 July, 2008:
Unfortunately the original CB lot had major terrain issues. I had to remove, as best as I could all the original terrains from the lot. Of course this caused even MORE issues and I could not redo the subtle terrain paintings as per the original photos =/ Fortunately its a lot that looks fine with Maxis default grass and that is how it will have to stay. So DO NOT try and use terrain paints on this lot as it could cause problems and won't work properly anyway =D
I am peeved - I realllllly like this lot, its one of my personal faves - maybe one day I will remake it from scratch - it probably needs some kind of roof action anyway. Loverat 30 July, 2008
