Farley's Factory is a refurbished small victorian era factory - a factory that made - well, something that is probably now made in China =P High ceilings and simple modern industrial styling are combined with the authentic Victorian brickwork and original rusty fencing to create a special little haven in the middle of the city.

And yes! It is entirely possible you have seen the interior before because I recreated it from some pics of a loft I saw and fell in love with =)

The front portico has as industrial lockable gate and can serve as a mud room - the laundry is hidden in here behind sliding wooden doors. Step through the front door into a small entryway opening onto a combined kitchen/dining and living area. Off the fullyequipped kitchen is a walk-in pantry/utility closet with ample storage for small appliances, cleaning gear and all your dry goods. The bedroom is behind double sliding cavity doors and features a reading nook and double built in robes. The bathroom has a full sized tub, glassed in shower and a toilet behind a privacy wall. Out the front there is ample room for 2 vehicles - one can be kept inside a fenced/locked area. There are also lockable areas for storing bins, bicyles and the like.

The living room opens onto a rear deck with built in seating and an in-deck spa for those urban parties. The rear yard has a peaceinducing fountain and above ground garden beds full of lush foliage for that little bit of green in the great gray city. Original factory pieces such as industrial piping have been kept and used to great effect both inside and outside the dwelling.
