Professor Tinker's Habitation is a residential lot built and decorated in a Victorian/Steampunk style, inspired by my love of all things Jules Verne,movies such as The League of Extraordinary Gentlemen, the Gnomish race in games like EQ2 & Vanguard and fantastic creators like Destin at Sim-vention =)

Habitation is the humble home of Professor Tinker, who, now separated from his charming wife Chastity & trusty dog Flywheel, seems to believe in nothing but work, work, work! In order to facilitate this work - the basement has been converted to a study/bedroom for a couple of young tinkerers. The main bathroom has also been placed in the basement. Direct access from basement to the garage which has been converted to a spa/exercise and music area - even little tinkerers need some fun. There is also access from garage to the kitchen.

The front door opens into a richly appointed living and dining area with an open archway leading to the kitchen - of course the kitchen has all the mod cons and a handy wc. Ladder stairs lead down to the basement - or up to the study. The study is covered in plans and bits, has a sitting area and another wc. Ladder stairs lead up to the Observatory floor. Access to the workshop and bedroom is through the Vernian door and out on the walkway. Through the facing door is the Prof's workshop - where he turns his ideas to reality! The bedroom is accessed via a set of ladder stairs on the walkway - onto the private balcony and into the lush bedroom.
