Its been a long LONG time since I made a Maxis only lot, mostly because I find their sets to be errr....mostly revolting - and I won't even mention the majority of the floors and walls leave a lot to be desired! But I thought it was about time I had a go to see what I could make without major building techniques etc.
Modestly Modern is a two bedroom, 3 story family home with driveway and swimming pool with low to no maintenance "gardens" and an outdoor bathroom. The ground floor contains a kitchen dining area, the first floor has the large living area, a bathroom and second/kids bedroom while the top floor houses the master bedroom with ensuite and private patio.
